目的：探讨向透明角膜切口超声乳化手术过渡过程中可能遇到的问题和相应的手术技巧。

　　方法：对最初实施的3 0例透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化手术进行回顾性分析 ,以同期完成的 3 0例巩膜隧道切口超声乳化手术作为对照。

　　结果：透明角膜切口组的总手术时间明显短于巩膜隧道切口组 (P <0 0 1) ,并有较好的美容效果和较轻的术后炎症反应。透明角膜切口组有 2眼术中出现了球结膜“气球样”水肿 ,另有 2眼需间断缝合以保持切口水密状态。

　　结论：在具有较丰富的巩膜隧道切口超声乳化手术经验的基础上 ,正确掌握透明角膜切口的制作方法是实现安全过渡的关键。
