　　Application of transpupillary thermotherapy in ocular fundus diseases

　　Abstract

　　Transpupillary thermotherapy is a new technique which has been used in the management of ophthalmic diseases recently．We summarized the mechanism of action, complications, and methods of operation about tran-spupillary thermotherapy．The treatments of choroidal melanoma, retinoblastoma and choroidal neovascularization attributable to age-related macular degeneration were reviewed too.

　　经瞳孔温热疗法是近年来国内外应用于眼科治疗的一种新方法。本文就其作用原理、操作方法、并发症以及主要适应证和面临的问题做一全面综述。
