【摘要】  目的 探讨上、下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床对比及意义。方法 随机抽取120例翼状胬肉病人，分上方和下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植两组各60例，观察其疗效、复发及角膜刺激症状等。结果 上、下方两组治愈率和复发率均无差异，但术中操作和术后患者的感觉及以后做内眼手术位置的选择下方组优于上方组。结论 取上、下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉均达到了治愈率高、复发率低的效果，但取下方组更具有术中操作方便、术中舒适、便于以后做内眼手术等优点。

    ［Abstract］  Objective  To study the clinical contrast and meaning of superior-inferior oneself limbal stem cell transplantation for pterygum.Methods  One hundred and twenty cases of pterygum were divided into two groups，60 cases in each group underwent superior-inferior oneself limbal stem cell transplatation respectively to contrast curative effect，recurrent rate，cornea exciting symptom，et al.Results  In the way of curative effect and recurrent rate，superior-inferior of two groups have no difference，but in the way of intreaoperation and the patient’s feeling of postoperation，the inferior group was better than the superior group.Conclusion  Superior-inferior oneself limbal stem cell transplantation for pterygum can get high curative rate，low recurrent rate.The inferior one has the benifits of convinient operation，comfortable feeling in operation，and easy intraocular operation.

    翼状胬肉是眼科常见的变性、多发性眼表疾病，目前手术仍是治疗的常用方法，传统的方法虽多，但均存在复发率高、角膜上方修复慢、角膜刺激症状重等缺点，而现代显微镜手术的开展，自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉得到了关注。永州市道县人民医院于2005年2月～2006年12月对120例120眼翼状胬肉分上、下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植两组(简称上方组、下方组)各60例60眼，进行了临床对比观察，现报告如下。
