【摘要】 纤溶酶系统是人体内重要的酶系,功能在于溶解血栓和重塑细胞外基质。它与糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜缺血损伤的发生发展密切相关,并在视网膜血管阻塞、黄斑下出血、玻璃体出血和纤维形成的治疗中及诱导玻璃体后脱离中起重要作用。本文综述了纤溶酶系统的组成、结构和功能,及其在玻璃体视网膜疾病中实验研究和临床应用的进展。

Current advance on plasmin in vitreoretinal diseases

Abstract Plasmin system is a vital enzyme family that function is on thrombulysis and remodeling the extracullur matrix (ECM).It closely relates to development of diabetic vitreoretinopathy and ischemia-induced retinal damage; It plays an important role in treatment of retinal vascular occlusion, submacular hemorrhage, vitreous hemorrhage and fibrin formation, especially in inducing posterior vitreous detachment. In this paper, the composing, structure and function of plasmin system and the current advance on plasmin system in vitreoretinal diseases in experimental and clinical study were reviewed.

纤溶酶系统是人体内重要的酶系,不仅维持人体血液循环正常运行,而且通过降解细胞外基质,调节细胞增生迁移、组织重建、炎症、新生血管等生理病理过程。纤溶酶系统与糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜缺血损伤、视网膜血管阻塞、玻璃体出血和纤维形成、黄斑下出血等多种眼病密切相关,有些相关研究已在临床初步应用[1],尤其纤溶酶在诱导玻璃体后脱离中的应用发展较快,成为眼科领域的一个研究热点[2]。本文主要就其近年来在玻璃体视网膜疾病中的研究新进展作一扼要综述。
