     总之，晶状体因素在原发性闭角型青光眼的发病中起重要作用，解除晶状体因素，可从发病机制上有效地阻止原发性闭角型青光眼的发生与发展，晶状体摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术是治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的一种可供选择的新的手术方法，术后能有效控制眼压。但手术的远期疗效如何，术后房角是否再度粘连、闭合而致眼压升高，小梁网功能是否发生改变，是否会发生人工晶状体眼的青光眼等问题，尚需进一步的研究与证实。
