文献报道,以PCNA作为细胞增殖检测指标显示,bFGF有显著促人晶状体上皮细胞增殖作用[9]。但在本实验中,随着bFGF浓度增加,PCNA表达的阳性率增加,但是各组间差异不具有统计学意义,推测是由于培养液中胎牛血清浓度控制在较低水平,从而抑制了晶状体上皮细胞的增殖作用。本实验提示,低浓度bFGF (5μg/L)对体外培养的划痕损伤区细胞迁移起促进作用,此种作用与FAK mRNA表达上调有关,但是随浓度升高,此种作用消失。高浓度bFGF (15μg/L)反而对细胞迁移起明显的抑制作用,此时FAK mRNA表达也抑制。由此可见,FAK在bFGF引起的人晶状体上皮细胞迁移的双相调节中起重要作用。
