Abstract
AIM: To investigate the treatment of iris depigmentation and inflammatory reaction after cataract operation.
METHODS: Seventy-two cases (98 eyes) with cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups. After operation, the treatment group was adopted the special body combined with medicine treatment. Control group was only underwent medicine treatment. At 1, 3 and 7 days after operation, the changes of ocular anterior segment were observed with slit-lamp biomicroscopy.
RESULTS: There was no significant difference between two groups 1 day after operation (P>0.05). The positive case of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group 3 and 7 days after operation, which had statistical significance (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION: The special body combined with me-dicine treatment is a kind of very simple and valid prevention and treatment method for iris depigmentation and inflammatory reaction after cataract operation.

摘要
目的：探讨白内障手术虹膜脱色素及炎症反应的处理方法。
方法：把术中易脱色素及渗出的72例（98眼）白内障患者随机分成两组，治疗组术后给予特殊的体位并结合药物治疗，对照组术后只给予药物治疗，术后1,3,7d用裂隙灯显微镜观察眼前节的变化。
结果：术后1d，治疗组和对照组虹膜脱色素和炎症反应例数无明显差异（P>0.05）；术后3d和7d，治疗组出现眼前节反应例数明显低于对照组，二者差异有显著性（P<005）。
结论：对于白内障术后虹膜脱色素及炎症反应，特殊体位结合药物治疗是一种非常简单、有效的预防和治疗措施。
