5小结 近年来, ICG的应用得到空前发展,它来源方便,价格合理,具有与球蛋白紧密结合及用近红外光作为激发光源对视网膜光毒性小等特性,使人们能更清楚、更直观地动态了解眼部血液循环改变及血管的病理改变,尤其在AMD的诊断治疗过程中扮演重要角色。随着眼科激光在临床应用中经验的积累,ICG的作用越来越受到重视。基于对吲哚青绿脉络膜血管录像造影、扫描激光眼底镜及ICG介导激光治疗等眼科激光热点的关注及相关技术的日益改进,我们期待ICG在眼科诊断与治疗方面发挥更重要的作用。
