【摘要】  　　目的：探讨粘弹剂在青光眼小梁切除术中的应用效果。 方法：回顾分析了34例36眼青光眼小梁切除术中应用粘弹剂后的术后效果，并与对照组相比较。结果：青光眼小梁切除术中应用粘弹剂，术后浅前房发生率为6%，对照组术后浅前房发生率为42%。结论：粘弹剂应用于青光眼小梁切除术，术后浅前房发生率明显降低。

　　 Observation on the clinical effects of sodium hyalurantae in glaucoma surgery

    Abstract AIM: To explore the effects of sodium hyalurantae in trabeculectomy. METHODS: The effects of 36 eyes (34 cases)who had taken glaucoma trabeculectomy wirth sodium hyalurantae were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with control group. RESULTS: After glaucoma trabeculectomy, the incidence of shallow anterior chamber was 6% in using sodium hyalurantae group, while in control group, it was 42%. CONCLUSION: Sodium hyalurantae is injected in glaucoma trabeculectomy, the incidence of shallow anterior chamber will decrease greatly after trabeculectomy

    术后浅前房是青光眼手术后并发症中最为常见者之一，轻者经保守治疗，前房恢复，不遗留眼部损害，重者可造成角膜内皮损伤，周边虹膜前粘，白内障加重等，甚至需要再次的手术治疗。故青光眼术后浅前房无论对患者还是医生，均在精神上造成了一定的压力，作者自1999-08/2004-12观察了青光眼术中联合应用粘弹剂34例36眼，术后浅前房发生率明显降低，现报告如下。
