【摘要】  　　视网膜中央静脉阻塞是临床上常见的可引起视力丧失的眼底疾病之一，然而尚无针对病因的确切有效疗法。放射状视神经切开术是近几年提出的一种治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的新方法。该术安全可行，术后并发症少，提高视力显著，对治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞具有一定可行性及临床价值。

     Abstract Central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) is a relatively common disorder of the retina, and can result in a unilateral loss of vision. So far there is no known effective treatment for CRVO. Surgical decompression of CRVO via Radial Optic Neurotomy (RON) is a new, technically feasible and safe procedure, and there were no serious complications noted and improved visual function with this procedure. Therefore it maybe clinically feasible and valuable in treating CRVO.

    视网膜中央静脉阻塞（central retinal vein occlusion, CRVO）是临床上常见的眼底疾病之一，其合并症较严重且可引起视力丧失。有关本病的治疗方法很多，然而尚无针对病因的确切有效疗法。放射状视神经切开术（Radial Optic Neurotomy , RON）是2001年Opremcak等[1]首次提出的一个崭新的概念，将CRVO的治疗引入了一个新的领域，现将近几年有关RON治疗CRVO的相关文献综述如下。
