射流乳化技术的缺点主要是使用范围有限,对于硬核的处理比较困难。由于其针头的末端是特殊的弧形聚合物头,与金属针头相比对硬核的切割力下降,且容易受损。随着核硬度的增加,手术难度增加,手术时间明显延长。并且与超声乳化技术不同,射流乳化技术是使用重复的脉冲将核击碎,但是液体是不可压缩的,因此在处理硬核时,核的碎块会远离针头,增加了手术难度,也增加了手术时间[5-9]。
总之,射流乳化系统的问世代表了非超声白内障摘除技术的巨大进步。它很难超越超声乳化技术,但是它有很多优点,至少可以做到和超声乳化技术一样优秀,而且射流乳化技术现处于起步阶段,随着它不断的完善、改进,应用经验的不断积累,它在临床应用中会有更广阔的前景。
