| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨高频超声检查对白内障的诊断价值。方法 应用高分辨率超声诊断仪对108例（216眼）156只白内障晶状体进行检查，并与眼科仪器裂隙灯检查相对比分析。结果 白内障初发期超声检查敏感性不如裂隙灯，出现假阴性,占17.86％，对中晚期及外伤性白内障超声检出率可达到100%。108例中，老年性白内障占比例最大，为72.22%。白内障有合并症的有49例（68眼）。结论 高分辨率超声诊断仪对白内障晶状体病变的敏感性与眼科仪器裂隙灯相似，且对眼球内部结构了解优于裂隙灯检查。高频超声可作为诊断白内障的常规检查及术前的一种重要检查手段。

［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound on the cataract.Methods High resolving power ultrasound diagnostic apparatus were used to check and analyze the features of 108 cataract cases(216eyes),156 lens cataracts and were compared with slitlamp.Results In the initial period of cataract,the sensitivity was lower than that of slitlamp.The false negative ratio of ultrasonography was 17.86%,in the middle and last period of cataract and in the traumatic cataract,the relevant ratio of ultrasonography was 100%.The percent of senile cataract was the biggest in the 108 cataract cases,which was 72.22%.Conclusion The ultrasonography diagnosis sensitivity of cataract was similar to slitlamp,and what it knowed for eyes structure was superior to slitlamp.It was an important way to check cataract.

白内障是我国第一位致残眼病，也是我国防盲治盲的重点。本文通过对108例白内障患者晶状体进行超声观察，并与眼科裂隙灯检查相对照，笔者认为超声可作为诊断白内障及其合并症的一种较为理想、重要的检查手段。
