| ［摘要］ 目的 研究中西医结合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法 将56例真菌性角膜溃疡患者按完全随机对照顺序分为西医组28例，中西医结合组28例。西医组按常规西医治疗，中西医结合组是在西医治疗的基础上辨证施治，随证加减，口服中药。结果 所有病例在治疗结束后经过3～5个月的临床随访观察，中西医结合组优于单纯西医组（P<0.05）。结论 中药对真菌性角膜溃疡有一定的疗效，配合西医治疗能减轻病情，提高疗效。

Clinical study on mycotic ulcer in treatment of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine

［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effects of treatment on the mycotic ulcer with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
Methods 56 cases of the mycotic ulcer were divided into 2 groups with the completely random design. There were 28 cases in the Western medicine group and 28 cases in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group. The Western medicine group were undergone Western medicine treatment. on the basis of Western treatment, the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were administered traditional Chinese herbs.
Results These cases were followed up for 3～5 months after treatment. The traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was much better than the Western medicine group in clinical effects （P<0.05）.
Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbs are helpful on the mycotic ulcer. The taditional Chinese and Western medicine can relieve dangers and improve clinical effects in the treatment of the mycotic ulcer.

真菌性角膜溃疡是一种严重危害视力的致盲性眼病。近年来，由于表面应用皮质类固醇、抗生素的增加和实验室诊断技术的提高，其发病率呈上升趋势，在某些地区甚至已成为感染性角膜病中致盲的首要原因［1］。由于该病确定诊断困难，实验室检查不容易发现真菌微生物，表面及全身应用抗真菌药物疗程长、副作用大、疗效差，所以真菌性角膜溃疡的诊断和治疗仍然是广大眼科医生所面临的巨大挑战［2］。我院运用中西医结合治疗56例真菌性角膜溃疡患者，对其临床效果和病情转归进行了观察和分析，现将结果报告如下。
