  5  结语

  DRP是新近被认可的一种慢性炎症性疾病,白细胞激活及血管内皮细胞表面黏附分子表达增多是炎症发病的重要环节。引起炎症的原因很多,但是最根本的原因是糖尿病的代谢紊乱状态。因此,良好的血糖控制及使用针对炎症的药物,有益于DRP的治疗。
