    ICG因其独特的物理性质和光谱特性，使其在眼科领域，尤其在眼底造影中发挥着重要的作用， 成为诊断脉络膜新生血管的首选造影剂。至于其作为晶状体囊膜和内界膜的染色剂作用所带来的毒副作用以及其它临床使用价值仍需进一步深入研究。
