眼位对主动追踪效果的实验影响

[摘 要] 目的:研究眼位对主动追踪效果的影响。
方法:金属环模拟虹膜及瞳孔,其上置换3.5mm厚透明PMMA板模拟角膜,将该模拟装置置于MEL-70准分子激光主动追踪系统下,分别标记模拟装置在中央位置及位置偏移动10mm后主动追踪系统所指示切削中心位置,测量两位置距离。
结果:两位置距离为0.25mm。
结论:眼位对主动追踪效果有影响,这种影响对常规屈光手术是可接受的, 对高阶像差的影响则不容忽视. Abstact Purpose :To investigate if the gaze of position had some effect on the results of eye-track .
Methods : The artificial cornea moulded with 3.5-thickness PMMA plate was placed over the mental ring moulded iris and pupil , which was under the control of Mel-70 Excimer laser eye-track system.. The sites were marked respectively, when the device was at the ablation central zone or off the centre 10mm, the distance between the two sites was measured.
Results: The distance between the two sites was 0.25mm..
Conclusions: The gaze of position has some effect on the results of eye-track, which should not be neglected in patients with high wavefront aberration.
