Anterior chamber-associated immune deviation (ACAID) is a systemic immune tolerance included by inoculation of antigens into anterior chamber. Mechanisms of ACAID development have attracted a great deal of attention during recent years. We have studied the mechanisms and found a number of molecules including Tim-3, GATA-3 and IDO, and cells, for instance CD4+PD-1+ T cells and CD8+ CD94+ T cells are responsible for the development. We summarize our Results here and provide perspective in the future study.
