Abstract
Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhabits the angiogenesis through targeting the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). In ophthalmology, it has a bright future in treating the angiogenesis of the cornea, iris, choroid, retina and the age-related macular degeneration (AMD), macular edema, etc.

摘要
贝代单抗(bevacizumab)是近几年出现的重组单克隆抗体,通过抑制血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)达到抑制新生血管生成的作用。在眼科中,对于角膜、虹膜、脉络膜、视网膜的新生血管及年龄相关性黄斑变性、黄斑水肿等疾病的治疗具有很可观的应用前景。
