　　Purpose:To evaluate Add-ON IOLs in clinical practise in refractive and cataract surgical cases.

　　Method:Add-On IOls are IOLs that will be fixated in the sulcus of an pseudophakic eye with ametropia，residual astigmatism or as a multifocal add-on IOL to treat prespyopia.In this case series several paients underwent add-on IOL implantation.

　　Results:We implanted multifocal，toric，and spherical add-on IOLs in patients between 45 and 68 years of age.Toric correction especially in patients with keratokonus went up to 12 diopters of correction and was very successful.Spherical add-on IOLs were implanted to correct-7 to-5Diopters of anisometropia.Multifocal Add on IOL was implanted in one patient achieving uncorrected DVA of 0.9 and NVA of 0.5.

　　Conclusions:Add-on IOLs are a good possebility to correct for anisometropia，astigmatism or even prespyopia in patients with pseudophakic IOLs.Financial interest：none
