【摘要】  目的 观察Ahmed青光眼阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法 34例（42眼）难治性青光眼患者应用Ahmed青光眼阀植入术治疗，随访6~24个月，观察治疗前后患眼视力、眼压变化。结果 视力提高8眼（19%），视力不变28眼（66%），视力下降6眼（14%），术前平均眼压（44.5±6.72）mm Hg、术后平均眼压（17.72±5.58）mm Hg。结论 Ahmed青光眼阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼是比较有效和相对安全的治疗方法。

    Clinical investigation for treating refractory glaucoma

    ［Abstract］  Objective  To investigate the effect of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation in refractory glaucoma.Methods  Thirty-four patients （42 eyes） with refratory glaucoma were treated with the Ahmed glaucome implantation.The follow up time was 6 months to 24 months visual acuity and intraocular pressure were measured.Results  Visual acuity in 8 eyes（19%）was improved or more and 28 eyes（66%）remained no change,6 eyes（14%） was reduced.Intraocular pressure was reduced from a preoperative mean of （44.59±6.72） mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.137 kPa） to a post operative mean of （17.72±5.58）mm Hg.Conclusion  The Ahmed glaucoma valve implantaton is effective and relatively safe method of treating refractory glaucoma.

    用降眼压药物于常规滤过性手术均难以控制眼压在正常范围内的青光眼，包括外伤性青光眼、新生血管性青光眼、葡萄膜炎性青光眼、无晶体眼、人工晶体眼的青光眼等［1］，Ahmed青光眼阀是一种房水引流装置，其植入眼内建立了一种全新的房水引流通道，从而使眼压降至正常。
