【摘要】  　　年龄相关性白内障目前的治疗仍以成熟期手术摘除为主。药物治疗仍然面临挑战。中医药长期被用于年龄相关性白内障的早期治疗，近年来在我国取得了一定的进展。多种内服和外用的中药制剂已应用于临床，其作用机制和有效性还有待于深入的验证。本文对我国十余年来中医药治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床进展及药物的药理研究进行分析、归纳和综合，为临床提供参考资料。

    AbstractAt present, extirpated by operation at maturation phase is the mainly therapy of age-related cataract, but the medical treatment is still challenged. The traditional Chinese medicine has been used in treating age-related cataract at early stage for many years and some extent of the progress has been made in China recently. Many kind of internal and external drugs are being used in clinical treatment, but the pharmacological mechanism and efficacy still need to be further clarified. Current information on clinical study, experimental research of age-related cataract and the advance of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is analyzed and summarized in the report to offer a reference for clinical therapy.

    年龄相关性白内障是一种患病率、致盲率均居各类眼病首位的老年性眼病，属祖国医学“ 圆翳内障”的范畴。中医观点认为年龄相关性白内障的病因是年老体衰，肾阳不足，脾虚、精血亏损、“虚”、“淤”并存为本病的发病机理[1]。年龄相关性白内障治疗迄今尚无特效药物，目前仍以成熟期手术摘除为主，但近年来对于早期或暂不适于手术的患者常采用中医中药治疗。中医药治疗多从肝、肾、脾三脏着手辨证论治，在延缓和治疗白内障方面有许多优势。现将我国十余年来中医中药治疗年龄相关性白内障所取得的新进展综述如下。

    1中药治疗

    临床主要分为内治与外治疗法，侧重中药外用滴剂的研制。多采用滋补肝肾、活血化瘀、退翳明目抗衰老方药，使用频率最高的药物是珍珠、石决明。

    1.1外治法 国内已有多种中药复方或单体化合物制成滴眼制剂。此外还见中药膜剂、注射液治疗白内障的文献。但报告研究治疗机制的文献较少。
