【摘要】 透明质酸酶可使透明质酸水解成双糖化合物,并离解细胞间质屏障,使玻璃体液化,是目前辅助玻璃体切割手术最有应用潜力的酶之一。透明质酸酶的相关研究有可能为玻璃体手术带来新的进展。现就透明质酸酶应用于玻璃体手术的研究背景、实验研究进展、临床应用情况、主要优点和主要并发症及尚待解决的问题作一扼要综述。

Abstract Hyaluronidase can degrade hyaluronic acid into disaccharide compounds and dissociate intercellular substance berrier to liquefy the vitreous. Hyaluronidase is one of the most potential enzymes to assist vitrectomy. The correlated research on hyaluronidase may bring advance to vitrectomy. This review focuses on the research background, experimental research advances, clinical application, primary merits, complications and problems expected to be resolved on the application of hyaluronidase in vitrectomy.

近年来,随着透明质酸酶的作用逐渐被认识,其在眼科手术中的应用越来越广。至今,透明质酸酶已用于眼科局部麻醉尤其是白内障的术前麻醉[1]、青光眼手术[2]、白内障手术[3]、玻璃体手术[4,5]等。其中,应用于玻璃体手术方面近年来受到了较多的关注,并取得了较大进展,特别是25G经结膜免缝合微创玻璃体切割系统的出现,促进了透明质酸酶在玻璃体手术中的应用,使之成为目前眼科领域的研究热点之一[6]。
