现代标准的小梁切除术仍是目前青光眼手术治疗较为可靠而广泛采用的手术方式。为了减少术后早期及远期并发症,为了提高手术成功率,减少手术失败及残留青光眼,联合调节技术应用是青光眼滤过性手术治疗的未来发展。求和完善理想的调节技术,尤其是针对具有手术失败高危因素或难治性青光眼患者更具有重要临床意义。目前在青光眼滤过性手术治疗中除现代标准小梁切除术外,药物调节技术或非药物调节技术以及复合式小梁切除术应用被越来越多青光眼学者所接受。
