| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术中前囊抛光对预防术后前囊膜皱缩综合征的临床意义。方法 采用临床对照试验方法，比较白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术中行前囊膜抛光及未行前囊膜抛光两组病例并发前囊膜皱缩综合征的发生率。结果 前囊膜抛光组246例（246眼），发生前囊膜皱缩综合征2眼（发生率0.81%）；前囊膜未抛光组192例（192眼），发生前囊膜皱缩综合征8眼（发生率4.17%）。两组前囊膜皱缩综合征发生率比较差异有显著性（χ2=5.436，P<0.05）。前囊膜抛光组前囊膜皱缩综合征发生率显著低于未行前囊膜抛光组。结论 白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中行前囊膜抛光是预防前囊膜皱缩综合征的一种行之有效的方法。

Study on prevention of anterior capsule shrinkage syndrome with anterior capsule polished technique

［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical significance of anterior capsule polished technique during phacoemulsification to prevent anterior capsule shrinkage syndrome after operation.
Methods To compare the incidence of anterior capsule shrinkage syndrome of the experiment group and the control group during phacoemulsification with controlled clinical trial methods.
Results Two eyes（0.81%） happened the anterior capsule shrinkage syndrome in the experiment group （n=246 eyes） and eight eyes（4.17%） happened in the control group （n=192 eyes）.There was significant difference of incidence rate between the two groups （χ2=5.436，P<0.05） and the experiment group had significantly lower incidence than the controls. Conclusion Anterior capsule polished technique during phacoemulsification may be an effective method to prevent anterior capsule shrinkage syndrome after operation.

前囊膜皱缩综合征是白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中连续环形撕囊术（CCC）所特有的并发症，它以前囊膜环形撕囊开口进行性皱缩甚至完全闭锁、晶状体囊袋赤道部直径缩小为特征。它常常会引起严重的视力障碍，如眩光、屈光改变或对比敏感度降低等一系列临床症状。在白内障超声乳化手术日益成熟和普及的今天，前囊膜皱缩综合征的发生率也呈日渐上升的趋势，应当引起临床眼科医生的充分重视。
