7 结论
成功的CRVA形成不仅能使患者视力预后得到改善,而且能防止非缺血型CRVO向缺血型转变。严格筛选病例,抓紧治疗时机,掌握不同CRVA形成方法的适应证,采用合理的参数,预防、减少新生血管形成等严重并发症的发生,一定可以主动地从病因出发,使非缺血型CRVO得到更好的治疗,缺血型CRVO得到有效的控制。
