6结论
IOL抵抗PCO的能力可以归纳为形成囊袋弯曲结构的品质。其主要因素为方边设计,但IOL材料的生物学特性对囊袋弯曲的形成也有一定的作用。其他因素是囊袋弯曲能否360度隔离光学部,以及囊袋弯曲的力量。囊袋弯曲的力量由光学部材料,尺寸,IOL设计,及手术因素所决定。其中手术因素又包括适当大小的环形连续撕囊,彻底清除皮质,及IOL囊袋内位置等。目前的一些革新设计,如单片式设计,可能降低囊袋弯曲结构的长期效应。其他,如圆边前缘,并不降低囊袋弯曲的品质。由于皮质再生产生的Soemmering’s环结构是IOL设计的障碍,开发既能加强囊袋弯曲结构品质,又具抑制皮质再生功能的新型IOL值得我们充分期待。
