3.4 建立ROC曲线比较OCT3和HRT-Ⅱ诊断青光眼的能力
Schuman等[8]报道OCT3和HRT-Ⅱ的ROC曲线下面积值最大的视盘参数为RA,曲线下面积值分别为0.790∶0.770。本研究发现OCT3和HRT-Ⅱ的ROC曲线下面积值较大的视盘参数为RA和RV,曲线下面积值分别为0.915∶0.910和0.897∶0.899,大于Schuman等[8]报道的ROC曲线下面积值,这也许与入选对象青光眼的状态差异有关(本研究中期青光眼患者较多)。根据统计学原理,ROC曲线下面积值越大,则该参数的诊断力越强,不难推知OCT3和HRT-Ⅱ诊断青光眼的最优视盘参数均为RA和RV,且面积值均>0.7,表明这些参数完全能够将青光眼患者从正常人群中区分开来,且这两种仪器的最优视盘参数区分青光眼不同状态具有基本相等的诊断能力。
