总之,CNV 的形成是一个极其复杂的生物过程,多种细胞和大量的血管生成调节剂参与其中。目前CNV 的药物治疗多处于实验阶段,在临床上应用相对较少,今后的研究重点应该是药物作用的特异性和不同的药物采用何种给药方式达到最佳的治疗效果,以及药物在体内的药代动力学,从而找到一种最有效抑制CNV 的治疗药物。因此开发出新的药物治疗方法抑制CNV的发生发展有重要意义。
