    广泛切除联合丝裂霉素Ｃ及羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

    目的　观察广泛切除联合丝裂霉素Ｃ及羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。

    方法　对36例51眼翼状胬肉作广泛切除,联合应用丝裂霉素Ｃ及巩膜裸露区采用保存的人羊膜移植手术，其中复发性胬肉12例19眼（37.25 %），原发性巨大胬肉8例11眼（21.57%），5眼为复发所致睑球粘连（9.80%），36例中15例为双眼胬肉（41.67%），术后随访10～24个月。

    结果　51眼术后角膜透明光滑,无新生血管,巩膜区结膜覆盖良好,无一例出现排斥反应及严重并发症,睑球粘连得到解除。手术成功率96.08%, 2眼复发(3.92%)。

    结论　广泛切除联合丝裂霉素Ｃ及羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉，可有效防止复发，手术安全，并达到改善视力的目的。

    Aclinical observation on extensive excision combined with mitomycin C and amniotic mambrane  transplantation in the treatment of pterygium

    Ａbstract  Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pterygium combined with mitomycin C(MMC) and amniotic mambrane  transplantation. Methods 51eyes in 36 patients were operated with an extensive excision of the pterygium followed by mitomycin C and amniotic mambrane  transplantation. Among them 19 eyes of 12 patients with recurrent pterygium（37.25%） . 11 eyes of 8 patients with primary large pterygium（21.57%）. and 15 of 36 patients with pterygium in both eyes（41.67%）.The duration of following up was 10 ～24 months. Results The cornea of 51eyes were transparent ,non neovascularization. The sclera was covered well, No serious complications including grafting rejection occurred. The successful rate of operation was 96.08%, Recurrence of pterygium was observed in only two case (3.92%) .Conclusion Extensive removal of pterygium combined with mitomycin C  and amniotic mambrane  transplantation is an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of pterygium for preventing recurrence successfully and improving vision.
