Effects comparison on three implanted materials in NPTS operation

Abstract
AIM: To observe the clinical effects of SKGEL, amnion and sclera of NPTS operation for primary open angle glaucoma (POAG).
METHODS: Eighty-four cases (93 eyes) with POAG, who were not well controlled by drugs, were parallelly, randomly and comparably divided into control group (27 cases, 31 eyes), amnion group (28 cases, 32 eyes), and sclera group (29 cases, 30 eyes). SKGEL, amnion and sclera were implanted, respectively, during undergoing the same operation process to these 3 groups.
RESULTS: There were no significant differences among 3 groups on visual acuity, intraocular pressure, filtrative bleb and complications (P＞0.05).
CONCLUSION: SKGEL, amnion and sclera all can be NPTS materials. But for their facility and cheap, amnion and sclera might more suitable for NPTS implantation. They have application value.

摘要
目的：观察NPTS术中植入SKGE胶、羊膜、自体巩膜3种植入物的治疗原发性开角青光眼(POAG)的临床效果。
方法：采用平行、随机、对照设计，将药物控制不良的84例（93眼）POAG患者分为常规组27例（31眼）。羊膜组28例（32眼），巩膜组29例（30眼），3组施行相同的手术过程，分别植入SKGE生物胶，人胎盘羊膜和自体巩膜。
结果：术后3组视力、眼压动态变化、滤过泡形成情况、并发症发生率均无统计学意义，P＞0.05。
结论：SKGE生物胶、羊膜、自体巩膜均可作为NPTS植入物，但羊膜、自体巩膜取材便利、经济，可望成为更为合适的NPTS植入材料，有一定应用前景。
