3结语 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术是目前最成熟的屈光手术,其预测性、安全性、有效性均优于其它屈光手术。角膜瓣厚度制作的准确性是LASIK成功的前提。因此,了解影响角膜瓣厚度变化的相关因素及角膜瓣厚度变化对LASIK术中、术后的影响,对减少术中、术后并发症具有重要的临床意义。
