对增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy，PDR)与HGF的关系，Nishimura等〔25〕做了比较系统的研究，认为PDR 患者血清中HGF 浓度升高，并与视网膜新生血管生成的严重程度相关，而且血清中HGF 可作为视网膜血管损害及糖尿病视网膜病变出现和发展的重要指标。Shinoda 等〔26〕通过对糖尿病视网膜病变患者前房HGF 水平定量测定，认为HGF 在糖尿病视网膜病变的发展过程中起重要作用。
4 展 望
综上所述，PVR 是一个多细胞、多细胞因子参与的损伤愈合过度修复的过程，其具体的发生发展机制以及治疗方法尚在继续探索之中，而基因治疗似乎成为治疗PVR 的一种有效方法。HGF 作为一种多效性生长因子，其本身及受体在RPE 细胞、PVR 玻璃体及增生膜中均有表达，参与了PVR 的形成和发展。通过对PVR中HGF的进一步深入研究，可能对PVR的病因及治疗有所突破。
