3 展望
泪道内窥镜的出现对泪道疾病的诊断和治疗有了极大的丰富，在获得同样疗效的条件下，使患者组织损伤最小，减轻了患者的痛苦，在发达国家已有一定应用。虽然泪道内窥镜价格较为昂贵、操作相对复杂，限制了近期在国内的开展和普及，但如上文所述，泪道内窥镜具有许多目前其他治疗方法所难以比拟的优点，基于此，我们相信泪道内窥镜技术在阻塞性泪道疾病方面具有一定的应用前景。
