我们的治疗结果显示, 在进行新鲜羊膜移植术后眼表稳定,炎症趋于静止,使眼表上皮得以很快恢复,眼表结构得以维持,角膜新生血管的发生率明显减少，眼部刺激症状明显减轻，视功能有所恢复。虽有6眼羊膜植片溶解,但经再次移植手术后同样获得了较好的效果。有2眼羊膜移植失败，最后行穿透性角膜移植手术获得成功，但是我们认为早期的新鲜羊膜移植控制了眼部炎症，减缓了组织损伤的速度，为下一步治疗赢得了宝贵的时间。因此, 我们认为,羊膜取材方便,手术操作简单,费用低廉,不引起免疫排斥反应,且羊膜移植可反复施行,故羊膜移植对于早期眼表烧伤的治疗是一种有价值的好方法,值得我们进一步研究和观察。
