【摘要】 目的：观察球头硅胶管逆行植入在治疗慢性泪囊炎中的长期效果。
方法：2003/2007对302例（408眼）慢性泪囊炎患者行球头硅胶管逆行植入术，观察其长期疗效。
结果：一次性植入手术成功率96.8%（395眼），在随访的286眼中，随访3mo总有效率98.2%，随访6mo总有效率为97.2%，随访12mo总有效率92.3%，随访4a或以上总有效率为69.9%。
结论：球头硅胶管逆行植入治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效肯定，成功率高，应用范围广，值得临床推广应用。

Longterm effective observation of ballhead silicone tube implanted reversely to treat chronic dacryocystitis

Abstract
AIM: To observe the longterm effects of ballhead silicone tube implanted reversely on the chronic dacryocystitis.
METHODS: A total of 302 cases (408 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were reversely implanted by ballhead silicone tube from 2003 to 2007, and the longterm effects were observed.
RESULTS: The success rate was 96.8% (395 eyes) in once implantation. The total efficiency rate of 3 months followup was 98.2%, 97.2 % and 92.3% after 6 and 12 months followup. That of more than 4 years followup was 69.9 % in 286 eyes totally.
CONCLUSION: Characterized by effective, the high successful rate and wide application in the treatment for chronic dacryocystitis, ballhead silicone tube implanted reversely is worth in the clinical application.

0引言
慢性泪囊炎为泪囊与鼻泪管上口发生阻塞，引发泪囊炎的微生物来源于邻近组织鼻腔或眼结膜囊的正常带菌或其炎症的感染菌株[1,2]，微生物随泪液留在泪囊中，当泪囊中具备适宜微生物增长繁殖的温度和营养物质，从而发病。泪囊中长期淤积脓性分泌物是眼球感染的潜在危险因素。治疗的关键在于解除梗阻状态并避免复发。2003/2007，我科采用一种国产球头硅胶管逆行植入治疗302例（408眼）慢性泪囊炎，获得满意疗效，现报告如下。
