右旋糖苷70对干眼症患者高阶像差的影响

山西省眼科医院 右旋糖苷70对干眼症患者高阶像差的影响 [摘要]目的评价右旋糖苷70滴眼液对干眼症患者泪膜的综合影响。方法选取干眼患者25人(48眼),随机分为用药组13人,滴用右旋糖苷70眼液,对照组12人,滴用生理盐水。分别于用药前,用药后1周,1个月对受试者依次进行波前像差,BUT,Shirmer I检查。结果:用药前两组各指标均无显著差异(t=1.29,P>0.05);用药一周后,右旋糖苷70组高阶像差下降(t=2.17,P<0.05);用药一月后,右旋糖苷70组高阶像差明显下降(t=3.16,P<0.01),BUT两组有显著差异(P<0.05),ShirmerI用药后一周、一月均无显著差异(P>0.05). 结论:右旋糖苷70眼液能有效提高干眼患者泪膜稳定性和视觉质量。
The effect of Bion Tears on tear film of dry eye
Abstract:Aim To evaluate the effect of Bion tears on tear film of dry eye.
Methods :25 patients(48 dry eyes) were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment Group(13 patients)was dropped with Bion tears,control group (12 patients)was dropped with 0.9%NaCl. Wavefront analysis of higher order ocular aberrations and tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(Sit)value were measured before and after the treatment for 1 week ,1 month.
Results:No significant differences existed between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).High order aberration reduced after a week(P<0.05),and reduced greatly after a month(P<0.01)in treated group.After a month ,significant differences existed in BUT values between the two groups(P<0.05).After a week and a month,Shirmer I value had no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).
Conclusions:Bion tears could accelerate the recovery of lacrimal film stability and improve the visual quality of dry eye. |
