4 NO参与视网膜神经节细胞凋亡
Monard和Bonne研究认为青光眼视功能的损害是由于视网膜神经节细胞凋亡所致。节细胞的凋亡是在谷氨酰激活N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)膜受体后诱导的,NMDA受体激活产生自由基超氧阴离子和大量的NO,二者结合生成有毒性的化合物OONO-,后者触发节细胞凋亡[3]。
