【摘要】 目的：观察倍频Nd∶YAG激光联合YAG激光行周边虹膜切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的疗效及并发症。方法：本组共105例，其中临床前期91眼，先兆期32眼，间歇期46眼，均先使用倍频Nd∶YAG激光在拟行周边虹膜切孔处分层射击，最后用YAG激光穿透造孔，随访12mo，观察疗效及并发症。结果：术后1～6h眼压暂时性升高，24h后眼压下降，虹膜周切孔均通畅，房角无粘连，3眼周切孔处局限性晶状体混浊。结论：倍频Nd∶YAG激光联合YAG激光行周边虹膜切除术是防止闭角型青光眼急性发作的安全有效的手术。

Abstract
AIM:To observe the efficacy and complications of DF(doubling frequency )Nd∶YAG laser combined with YAG laser iridectomy for acute ACG (angleclosure glaucoma).
METHODS: A total of 105 cases included 91 preclinical, 32 precursor period and 46 intermittent period.First the specific iris layer to be penetrated was fired by the DF Nd∶YAG laser , and then was penetrated by YAG laser.Patients were followed up for 12 months, and the efficacy and complications were observed.
RESULTS: A temporary increase occured in intraocular pressure, 16 hours after surgery; after 24 hours intraocular pressure decreased; iris pores were unblocked and angle open, and partial opacity lens in iris hole occurred in 3 eyes.
CONCUSION: The DF Nd∶YAG laser combined with YAG laser peripheral iridotomy can prevent acute onset of ACG safely and effectively.

自20世纪80年代我国开展YAG激光周边虹膜切除术以来，因操作简便，疗效显著，并发症少等优点，而广泛应用于临床治疗因瞳孔阻滞引起的闭角型青光眼。我科于2006年开始使用倍频Nd∶YAG激光联合YAG激光行周边虹膜切除术，现将105例报告如下。
1对象和方法
1.1对象 本组共105例169眼，男44例，女61例。年龄40～68岁，其中临床前期91眼，先兆期32眼，间歇期46眼。术前检查眼压、视力、房角、视野，术后检查眼压、视力、虹膜孔、角膜，并做12mo的观察。严重的角膜混浊和浅前房、粘连性房角关闭>180°者未包括。
