A 66 year-old male presented with a 3 week history of panuveitis with cold hypopyon formation. The uveitis responded poorly to topical and systemic steroid. After anterior chamber paracentesis and aqueous fluid cytology,a diagnosis of intraocular NK/T lymphoma was made.Subsequent investigations revealed systemic involvement as well.Ocular manifestation may be the first sign of NK/T lymphoma and may present prior to systemic manifestations. |
