【摘要】 目的：探讨外伤性黄斑裂孔非手术治疗的临床效果。
方法：外伤性黄斑裂孔患者15例(15眼)行三面镜、OCT、FFA检查，给予药物治疗，并随诊观察。
结果：10例患者治疗前视力为手动～0.1，3例为0.1～0.3,2例为0.3～0.6,药物治疗后视力均有明显提高，其中7例视力提高到0.1～0.3,5例视力提高到0.3～0.6，2例视力提高到0.6～0.8,1例视力提高不显著，治疗前后经统计学检查P<0.05，差异有显著性意义。随诊观察OCT见黄斑裂孔均闭合，均未见玻璃体后脱离(PVD)，均未见继发的视网膜脱离(RD)。
结论：外伤性黄斑裂孔有自愈性，药物治疗有助于视力及伴随症状明显改善。

Clinical observation of nonoperation treatment for traumatic macular hole

Abstract
AIM: To observe clinical result of nonoperation treatment for traumatic macular hole.
METHODS: Fifteen patients who have traumatic macular hole were examined through threemirror contact lens, OCT and FFA, and then they accept medical treatment and follow by some time.
RESULTS: Before medical treatment the vision of 10 patients was from hand move to 0.1, 3 patients from 0.1 to 0.3, and 2 patients from 0.3 to 0.6. After medical treatment the vision of all patients increases obviously. The vision of 7 patients increase 0.10.3, 5 patients increase 0.30.6, 2 patients increase 0.60.8, 1 patient not increase significantly. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). OCT examination shows that all macular holes have close up, without PVD and RD.
CONCLUSION Traumatic macular hole can close up spontaneously. Medical treatment can help vision increasing and complication decreasing.
