综上所述,角膜厚度影响角膜瓣厚度变化,两者呈正相关,手术前角膜越厚,角膜瓣越厚,角膜厚度是影响角膜瓣厚度的重要因素。本研究结果表明,角膜厚度大于530 μm者角膜瓣较厚,应在手术中测量角膜基质厚度,减少剩余基质床厚度低于250 μm的几率。法国Moria M2显微角膜刀(160 μm刀头)所做角膜瓣比预期值薄,角膜瓣厚度在一定范围内变化。因此,手术前应考虑上述因素合理设计,达到最佳效果,其对于避免角膜瓣过薄或过厚引起的并发症,提高LASIK术的安全性和有效性,更好地矫正屈光不正等具有重要的临床意义。
