手术过程中要轻柔操作，尽量减少对眼表面尤其是角膜上皮的机械损伤，熟练手术技巧，缩短手术时间，减少手术创面的暴露时间和暴露面积，注意手术当中的角膜上皮的保护。

    术后在积极预防和控制炎症的基础上，应使用对眼表面上皮损伤少的滴眼液，并尽量减少滴眼液的使用频率。术后常规辅以人工泪液治疗，提高泪膜稳定性和缓解干眼症状，这些对亚临床干眼患者十分重要。

    总之，白内障手术会给泪膜带来影响，临床上，对白内障术后泪膜功能的变化甚至术后干眼应给予足够的重视。随着生活质量的提高，患者对术后视功能改善的要求也越来越高，不仅要求可以看得见，而且要求看得舒服，这就要求我们重视术后泪膜功能的改善，以便最大可能地减少患者术后的主观不适感，促进泪膜功能的尽早恢复，提高患者的视觉质量。
