角膜中央30。范围内的Q中，选择绝对值较小的Q值作为术后角膜中央20。范围内的目标值，用该方法术后球差增加量有所减少。Gatinel等 认为目标Q值需要以角膜的术前Q值为依椐。作者认为应该考虑设定的目标Q值比生理Q值更负，且需要根据近视的不同程度来增加目标Q值的经验补偿值。由于观察时间不长及样本量不多，因此还需要通过更多病例数据、更长时间、更为全面客观的观察指标来验证并逐渐建立可靠的经验补偿值，进一步深人证实非球面切削的优点，同时还需要不断优化非球面切削程序。
