在免疫、创伤和手术等因素导致房水屏障的破坏,激活,释放出成熟的TGFβ1等生长因子,出现细胞的异常迁移,增殖及分化及细胞外基质蛋白的形成和聚集,促使了PCO的发生和发展。而decorin通过抑制TGFβ1的分泌和拮抗TGFβ1的活性,从而可以减少PCO的发生和发展。目前decorin主要用于抗纤维化瘢痕和肿瘤的研究,尚没有用于后发性白内障的研究,所以有待进一步深入地应用于防治后发性白内障的研究。由于decorin特异性强、没有免疫原性、组织相容性好,将有望成为最具潜力的防治PCO的药物之一。 图1对照组与decorin各浓度组的免疫细胞化学染色结果(略)
