【摘要】 目的评价小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的疗效。方法 回顾分析并比较90例（98眼）老年性成熟期白内障术前及术后视力。结果 术后1个月视力0.1～0.3者7眼，0.4～0.8者76眼，0.8以上15眼。结论 小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障疗效确切。不需昂贵手术设备，治疗费用低，适合在基层医院推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantaion for senile cataract.
Methods A retrospective research was done on 90 patients (98 eyes).Results The visual acuity were examined at one months after operation 0.1～0.3 (7eyes) 0.4～0.8 (76 eyes) >0.8 (15 eyes).Conclusion Non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantaion for intraocular senile cataract is more favorable. It doesnt need expensive instrument. It is cheaper and adapt to basical hospitals.

老年性白内障是我国主要致盲眼病之一，手术治疗是目前白内障复明的唯一有效方法。分析2002年9月～2003年9月在我院施行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的老年性成熟期白内障90例(98眼)，合并有其他影响视力眼病的病例不在统计之列，比较手术前后视力，效果明显，现报告如下。
