【摘要】  　　目的 比较两种不同术式的Ⅰ期羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床疗效。方法 将９９例有义眼座植入适应证患者分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，Ａ组行眼球摘除巩膜包裹法植入义眼座，Ｂ组行眼内容剜除巩膜覆盖法植入义眼座，术后观察两组患者配戴义眼后外观改善程度、术后并发症。结果 两组患者外观改善程度差异无显著性，但Ａ组结膜裂开发生率高于Ｂ组（?字２＝７.３８０，Ｐ＜０.０１），义眼座暴露发生率也高于Ｂ组（?字２＝５.１６０，Ｐ＜０.０５）。结论 眼内容剜除巩膜覆盖法是一种较眼球摘除巩膜包裹法简单、安全、方便、疗效确切的义眼座植入手术，值得在临床推广应用。

    ［Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ］ Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ  To compare the clinical effects of two types of surgery for implanting a hydroxyapatite prosthesis in the orbit. Methods Ninety-nine patients who needed hydroxyapatite prosthesis implants were divided into groups A and B. The surgery for group A involved the use of sclera to cover the intraorbital hydroxyapatite prosthesis after enucleation; for the surgery in group B, sclera was wrapped around the intraorbital hydroxyapatite prosthesis after enucleation. The appearance of the patients was evaluated after the ocular prosthesis was implanted and complications from the two types of surgery were noted. Results  There was no difference in appearance between the two groups. The rate of conjunctiva breakup and hydroxyapatite prosthesis exposure in group A was higher than that for group B.  Conclusion  The operation in which sclera is wrapped around the intraorbital hydroxyapatite prosthesis after enucleation is simple，safe, convenient and effective.  It is worthwhile to disseminate information widely about this procedure.

　　义眼座植入术是一种常见的眼部整形手术，其手术方式较多，临床上较常采用的Ⅰ期义眼座植入术手术方式有两种［１］：眼球摘除巩膜包裹法和眼内容剜除巩膜覆盖法。我们比较这两种不同方式的Ⅰ期义眼座植入术的临床疗效，现将结果报告如下。
