28 辐射抑制角膜新生血管形成的研究 Joussen 等〔20〕通过兔实验初步探讨了放射参数和新生血管的抑制效应的可能机制。动物新生血管模型采用bFGF角膜基质植入的方法制成。术后第3天的放射治疗可以明显的减少新生血管向角膜内生长。连续观察8 w无副作用产生。Miyamoto 等〔21〕利用10 Gy 或 20 Gy焦点X射线辐射兔眼新生血管模型,发现焦点X射线辐射剂量与新生血管的形成呈反比,可明确的抑制角膜新生血管的产生。 角膜新生血管的治疗多数仍处于实验阶段,尚需进一步的研究,而且这些药物全身给药的安全性仍值得商榷。
