【摘要】 目的:评价人类角膜内皮细胞作为免疫细胞的功能。方法:免疫组织化学染色方法测定人类角膜内皮细胞，分别在有无γ干扰素诱导条件下的HLAII类抗原﹑CD40抗原的表达。体外共同培养人类角膜内皮细胞和外周血单个核细胞，FACS测定共同培养体系中活化的T淋巴细胞中CD69的表达。结果:γ干扰素能够诱导HLAII类抗原和共同刺激通路中CD40的表达，T淋巴细胞在人类角膜内皮细胞和外周血单个核细胞共同培养系统中被激活结论:人类角膜内皮细胞作为潜在的抗原递呈细胞参与角膜移植排斥反应。

Surgical treatment for traumatic cataract

Abstract
AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for traumatic cataract.
METHODS: Seventythree cases(73 eyes) traumatic cataract were performed multioperation combined cataract extraction, including insertion of a capsular tension ring(CTR), vitreoretinal surgery, ocular foreign body extraction and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation.
RESULTS: Of 73 patients, twentyseven cases were blunt trauma, while 46 cases were penetrating injuries. Three months after surgery, the final best spectaclecorrected visual acuity(BSCVA) in 5 patients (7%) were 0.05 or less, seventeen(23%) 0.05 to 0.3, while 49(67%) 0.3 or more. There were 93% cases relieved from blindness. Atrophy of eyeball occurred in two cases(3%). Mean followup time was 7.8(range 315) months.
CONCLUSION: Useful vision can be restored in a proportion of traumatic cataracts after prompt and rational surgical intervention as well as appropriate treatment of sightthreaten complications.

INTRODUCTION
Traumatic cataract is the main cause of unilateral blindness following accidental injuries to the eye. Children and young adults are the most likely victims. Traumatic cataract is often associated with corneal or corneoscleral lacerations, iridodialysis, lens dislocation, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment and ocular foreign body requiring combined surgical treatment. We evaluate our experience of traumatic cataracts surgery in order to achieve better visual acuity.
