101眼按屈光度分为3组。A组平均年龄33岁(21～49岁)，平均屈光度－4.75 D±1.08 D(－3.00～－6.00 D)；B组平均年龄35.6岁(21～47岁)，平均屈光度－7.80 D±1.21 D(－6.00～－10.00 D)；C组平均年龄为34.1岁(21～45岁)，平均屈光度为－10.49 D±1.86 D(－10.00～17.00 D)，各组间年龄相匹配，无显著差异。
2．1 平均细胞密度
由表1可见，PRK术后A，B组的细胞密度变化无明显统计学差异(P＞0.05)，而在C组3个部位的差异均有显著性，尤其是术后1个月的变化更为显著。其P值分别为0.013，0.023，0.025。在角膜中心部位，C组20只眼中，15只眼其细胞损失超过10%。

表2显示角膜中心部位术前术后的角膜内皮细胞的平均细胞面积变异系数，在C组有统计学意义。至术后12个月无明显改变。角膜上下旁中心区的变化基本与中心部位的变化相似。但上旁中心随时间推移仍有较明显的变化，下旁中心变化不明显。
2．3 六角形内皮细胞的百分率
表3显示术前、术后角膜不同部位、不同的屈光度组、不同时期的六角形细胞所占的百分数的比较。其中，各部位的C组，即高屈光度组的百分数在术后的观察期内，表现出了具有统计学意义的阳性变化，而且随时间推移似有加重的趋势。
